Visiting Faculty – Unreal Engine

We are looking for an experienced Unreal Engine professional to join our academic team as a Visiting Faculty member and deliver practical, industry-oriented learning to students in Game Design, Animation, VFX, Virtual Production, and related creative disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging hands-on classes and workshops on Unreal Engine.

Teach students Unreal Engine fundamentals, interface, workflows, and project development.

Cover 3D environments, materials, lighting, animation, Blueprints, and real-time rendering.

Introduce students to Virtual Production, interactive experiences, and real-time visualisation.

Guide students in developing projects, portfolios, and industry-ready workflows.

Conduct practical assignments, demonstrations, assessments, and project reviews.

Share current industry practices, tools, workflows, and production standards.





Mentor students on portfolio development and career opportunities in the Unreal Engine ecosystem.

Candidate Profile

3+ years of professional experience working with Unreal Engine.

Strong practical knowledge of Unreal Engine 5.x.

Experience in one or more of the following areas: Game Development, Virtual Production, Animation, VFX, XR/AR/VR, Architectural Visualisation, or Real-Time 3D.

Proficiency in Blueprints, 3D assets, materials, lighting, environments, and real-time rendering.

Teaching, training, mentoring, or workshop experience is preferred.

A robust professional portfolio or relevant industry projects is desirable.

Qualification

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Game Design, Animation, VFX, Computer Graphics, Multimedia, Design, or a related field. Relevant industry experience may be considered instead of formal qualifications.
