What would you do?

- The Senior Analyst drives advanced visual and motion design for digital learning solutions. Youll design graphics, illustrations, or motion elements that enhance training experiences, while learning industry-standard tools and AIpowered workflows. They lead complex design projects, ensure quality standards, and mentor junior designers.

- - In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects,

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field.
- - 5 to 8 years of experience in graphic design Animations with, project ownership

- - Independently Develop high quality graphics, icons, and layouts for training programs.
- - Design interactive infographics, visual storytelling, and illustrations.
- - Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- - Apply Graphic Design Principles for creating visual assets.
- - Apply AI based design skills for faster asset generation.
- - Apply UX principles to improve learner engagement.
- - Mentor junior associates in design tools and workflows.
- Motion Graphics Designer Role
- - Create high end 2D 3D animations and interactive videos.
- - Integrate AI driven voiceover and avatar tools.
- - Work with AR VR content for immersive training.
- - Oversee post production quality (colour grading, sound).
