Role Description The Visa Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves advising clients on visa requirements, processes, and documentation for various destinations. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client eligibility, preparing and reviewing visa applications, coordinating with consular offices, and tracking application statuses.

The Visa

Consultant will maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration and visa regulations, respond to client queries promptly, and provide clear guidance throughout the application process.



The role also includes maintaining accurate records, managing timelines, and collaborating with internal travel and events teams to ensure a smooth overall client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of immigration issues, immigration procedures, and related regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with different types of visas and visa application processes.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and clear documentation.
- Consulting skills to assess client needs, recommend appropriate options, and provide tailored guidance.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Proficiency with standard office software and online application portals.
- Prior experience in visa consulting, travel services, or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in international relations, law, or travel management is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a client-focused approach.
