Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visa Consultant.

The Visa

Consultant will guide clients through visa application processes, including documentation review, eligibility assessment, and coordination with relevant authorities or consulates. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on immigration and visa requirements for various destinations, preparing and verifying application forms, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves responding to client queries, providing clear and timely communication,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth travel planning.

The Visa

Consultant is expected to stay updated on changing immigration regulations and maintain high standards of compliance and client service.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of visas and immigration requirements, including experience handling immigration issues.
- Experience in consulting or advisory roles, ideally within travel, immigration, or relocation services.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and professionally.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and compliance procedures.
- Proficiency with basic office software and online application portals used for visa processing.
- Ability to work on-site in Malappuram and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving approach.
- Relevant educational background in travel management, international relations, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a visa, immigration, or travel consulting role will be considered an advantage.
