We are looking for a Virtual Medical Assistant to support US healthcare providers with patient and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient calls and appointment scheduling.
- Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and patient follow-ups.
- Update and maintain patient information in the EHR.
- Review medical records and prepare charts for providers.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and patients.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience in US Healthcare / Medical Assistant role preferred.
- Knowledge of EHR systems and medical terminology.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
