Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Video Creator / Video Editor who can conceptualise, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for Iconiq Wellness.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of social media video trends, premium visual storytelling, and short-form content. They should also be excited about using AI tools to create innovative video content and explore new creative formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content – Shoot & Edit

- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create Reels, short-form videos, product videos, brand videos, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional content.
- Handle the complete video production process from concept and shooting to editing and final delivery.
- Work closely with the Content, Design, and Marketing teams to develop content aligned with campaign objectives.

Maintaining Video Quality

- Maintain a consistently premium and polished visual quality across all social media videos.
- Ensure high standards of framing, lighting, audio, transitions, colour correction, pacing, and overall presentation.
- Maintain consistency with Iconiq Wellness' visual identity and luxury positioning.
- Regularly evaluate existing video content and identify opportunities to improve quality and engagement.

Monthly Content Ideation

- Participate in monthly content planning and brainstorming sessions.
- Develop fresh video concepts based on products, campaigns, wellness trends, events, launches, and brand priorities.
- Stay updated with social media trends and identify formats that can be adapted for the Iconiq Wellness audience.




- Proactively pitch new content ideas rather than working only on assigned briefs.

Event Shoots & Editing

- Handle video coverage for events, exhibitions, product launches, activations, and brand experiences.
- Capture high-quality event footage, interviews, product experiences, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Edit event highlights, reels, recap videos, and other post-event content.
- Ensure timely delivery of event content for social media and marketing requirements.

AI Video Generation & Innovation

- Explore and use AI video-generation tools to create innovative and visually engaging content.
- Develop new AI-backed concepts for product storytelling, campaigns, reels, and brand communication.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools, workflows, and video formats to enhance content quality and production efficiency.
- Combine AI-generated elements with traditional shooting and editing to create unique brand content.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media and digital design.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with AI design/content creation tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, layouts, imagery, and visual hierarchy.




- Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform requirements.
- Ability to maintain consistent brand aesthetics across multiple platforms.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with luxury, wellness, lifestyle, fitness, hospitality, beauty, or premium brands will be an advantage.
