Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled video editor & videographer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content for our real estate projects, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos and photos of real estate projects, properties, events, and marketing activities.
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, advertisements, project promotions, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging short-form content such as Reels, promotional videos, walkthroughs, and property showcase videos.
- Handle camera, lighting, audio, and other video production equipment.
- Use creative transitions, music, sound effects, text animations, and color correction to enhance videos.
- Create cinematic property walkthroughs and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to understand content requirements and deliver videos on time.
- Maintain consistency in brand style, quality, and visual presentation.
- Stay updated with current social media video trends and creative formats.

Required Skills




- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of videography, framing, lighting, composition, and camera handling.
- Knowledge of Reels, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and other social media formats.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, colour grading, and sound editing.
- Creativity and strong visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of drone videography will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
- A diploma/degree in multimedia, filmmaking, visual communication, mass communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant work experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
