About the Role

As a Video KYC Executive at EnKash, you will be responsible for conducting Video KYC sessions, verifying customer identities and documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and escalate discrepancies during the verification process.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Video KYC sessions as per internal processes and regulatory guidelines.

Verify customer identity, information, and supporting documents.

Perform required live checks during the video interaction.

Guide customers through the VKYC process and address process-related queries.

Identify and escalate document mismatches,



suspicious cases, or incomplete information.

Maintain accurate records of completed, rejected, and escalated cases.

Ensure adherence to quality, productivity, accuracy, and TAT requirements.

Maintain customer confidentiality and follow data-security guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

0–1 year of experience in VKYC, KYC verification, or customer onboarding.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong attention to detail and document-verification skills.

Basic understanding of KYC or digital onboarding processes is preferred.

Ability to follow defined processes and handle customers professionally.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
