Role Description The Video Intern role at LYFeX is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting the creation and optimization of video content for the platform. On a day-to-day basis, the Video Intern may assist with recording and editing live and pre-recorded video sessions, preparing short clips and highlight reels, and adapting content for various digital channels. The intern will help organize media assets, maintain video libraries, and ensure consistent branding and formatting.

The role may also include collaborating with content, community, and marketing teams to develop engaging video concepts,



experiment with new formats, and analyze performance metrics to improve future content. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in video production and digital media in a collaborative, online workplace.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in video production, including basic filming, editing, and post-production using common tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).
- Understanding of digital and social media platforms, with an interest in live streaming, short-form video, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to organize files and media assets efficiently, with attention to detail in naming, tagging, and version control.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely, take feedback constructively, and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling, visual composition, and sound quality, plus openness to experimenting with new formats and ideas.
- Preferred: Enrollment in or completion of studies related to film, media, communications, or a similar field; prior experience with live video or content creation is a plus.
