Job Title: Video Editor (Part time) – The Chef Restaurant

Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor for a part-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This is a 5 days a week, 5 hours a day position.

The Video

Editor will shoot and edit video content showcasing the restaurant's food, ambiance, events, and promotions for social media and digital platforms. The role requires someone who knows how to shoot from the right angles for food and interior videos, and who can independently handle post-production to deliver polished, ready-to-post content. Day-to-day tasks include planning and organizing shoots,



editing raw footage into engaging videos, adding music/sound effects, and maintaining a consistent visual style aligned with the brand.

Qualifications

- Hands-on skill in shooting video at the correct angles, especially for food, ambiance, and event content
- Strong video editing skills with experience in post-production workflows
- Proficiency in color grading to keep visuals consistent and appealing
- Ability to add basic motion graphics/text overlays for intros, titles, and promos
- Familiarity with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Creative eye for storytelling, timing, and composition
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the fixed part-time schedule (5 days/week, 5 hrs/day)
- Prior experience in food, hospitality, or social media content creation is a plus
