Real Estate Video Editor to join our marketing team. In this role, you will synthesize raw interior, exterior, and drone footage into polished, cinematic property tours, social media reels, and promotional ad campaigns. The ideal candidate has an eye for architectural spacing and lighting, masters modern post-production tools, and understands how to tell a story that makes a property

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably with a portfolio focusing on real estate, architecture, interior design, or luxury lifestyle content.

Software Mastery: High proficiency with industry-standard editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, alongside Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.

Hardware Requirements: Must own or be comfortable operating a high-performance workstation capable of seamlessly rendering 4K drone and camera footage.

Industry Eye: Strong understanding of visual pacing, composition rules, spatial depth, and current short-form social media audio/visual trends.

Collaboration: Ability to work closely with real estate agents, videographers, and digital marketing teams to interpret creative briefs and implement feedback effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Sequencing: Trim,



splice, and arrange raw architectural and property footage into a logical, seamless, and engaging flow.

Cinematic Enhancements: Perform exact color correction and color grading to ensure property interiors look bright, warm, and inviting

Motion Graphics & Formatting: Add kinetic typography, elegant text overlays (pricing, square footage, amenities), lower thirds, and brand logos.

Platform Optimization: Format and output videos to match specific platform requirements, focusing heavily on vertical formats for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, And alongside landscape formats for websites and property portals.

Audio Engineering: Sync voiceovers, clean up ambient environmental audio, and select appropriate background music that matches the luxury or energetic vibe of the property.

Drone & Special Footage Integration: Seamlessly incorporate aerial drone shots, 3D renderings, and community lifestyle footage into listing videos.

Asset Management: Organize, back up, and maintain an organized internal digital library of raw and finished creative assets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
