Studio Pranjal Photophy is a premier wedding photography and cinematography studio based in Rishikesh. We specialize in capturing candid emotions, timeless wedding stories, and cinematic pre-wedding teasers with rich contrast, warm golden tones, and dreamy aesthetics. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Video Editor who shares our love for cinematic storytelling and can bring our wedding films and social media reels to life.

Key Responsibilities

Edit Wedding Films: Assemble multi-cam footage, speeches, and ceremonies into cohesive, emotional, and cinematic long-form wedding films .

Craft High-Impact Reels: Cut fast-paced, engaging Instagram reels and teasers optimized for social media engagement, high reach, and visual storytelling.

Color Grading & Sound Design: Apply professional color grading to match our signature warm, cinematic look (rich contrast, soft creamy skin tones). Sound design will involve syncing high-end audio, mixing dialogue, and selecting licensed music tracks that elevate the emotional impact.

Collaborate Closely: Work directly with the lead cinematographer to understand the vision for each couple's story and deliver edits on agreed-upon timelines.

Media Management: Efficiently manage, back up, and organize high-resolution raw footage (FX3 / multi-cam setups)



across project files and storage drives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience (1+ years preferred) editing Indian wedding films, highlights, and short-form vertical video content (Reels/Shorts). Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are welcome to apply.

Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve (for advanced color grading). Proficiency in After Effects is a strong plus.

Aesthetic Eye: A strong portfolio demonstrating rhythm, pacing, modern transition styles, audio mixing, and an eye for cinematic color palettes.

Technical Understanding: Familiarity with high-bitrate 4K footage, multi-cam synchronization, and proxy workflows.

Soft Skills: Ability to handle tight wedding season deadlines, accept constructive feedback, and maintain clear communication.
