Role Description

This is a full-time Video Editor role based in Sira, Bangalore, Karnataka. The Video Editor will work closely with faculty and the academic team to edit lecture recordings and educational videos, ensuring clear visuals, clean sound, and a professional final product.

What you'll do:

? Video Editing

Edit organic Reels and short-form content

Produce long-form videos for our L2 learning modules

Design carousels and creatives for social platforms





? Social Media Management

Plan and post content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook (Reels/Shorts)

? Meta Ads, Google Ads

Configure and run Meta ad campaigns based on demographic & psychographic targeting

Drive 100+ qualified leads per webinar

Maintain lead data and retarget cold audiences

? Lead Nurturing

Follow up with leads via calling

Share resources/templates through WhatsApp automation

✍️ Content Scripting

Generate content scripts using our content engine, based on NDPs

Someone who can move fast, think like a creator and a marketer at once, and take real ownership of numbers (leads, engagement, retention), not just deliverables.
