What we’re looking for ?

? Robust video editing skills — Google Flow, ElevenLabs, Premiere Pro / After Effects or similar

?️ Strong understanding of Marathi language & culture

? Knows how to edit Reels, Shorts & performance creatives

? Understands hooks, pacing, retention, captions and internet trends

? Can take raw footage + a script and turn it into a scroll-stopping video

⚡ Fast execution and willingness to experiment

Bonus points if you already edit Marathi content, follow Marathi creators, or understand rural Maharashtra audiences.
