KhabarPool is Hiring Video Editor

We’re building a digital news platform focused on ground reporting, public issues and stories that matter.

At the moment, our founder is handling the video editing along with journalism, reporting and other responsibilities. As we scale, we’re looking for someone who can take charge of video editing and help us create more engaging and consistent content for YouTube and social media.

What we’re looking for

- Strong video editing skills
- Understanding of YouTube content and audience retention
- Knowledge of Shorts & long-form videos
- Positive sense of storytelling, pacing and visual presentation
- Ability to work with news/current-affairs content
- Creativity and willingness to experiment
- Knowledge of YouTube trends and what makes content engaging

Experience is valuable,



but skills and creativity matter more.

? Compensation The initial salary/compensation will be discussed based on your skills and experience.

We’re a growing media venture, so the starting compensation may not be very high. However, our intention is to build a long-term team.

As the channel grows and your responsibilities increase, we want your compensation to grow with it.

We’re not simply looking for someone to edit videos.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with KhabarPool and help us build something meaningful.
