Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Video Editor role based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for partial work from home.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into clear, engaging video content that aligns with Kita’s brand and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include collaborating with the creative and marketing teams, organizing and managing media assets, applying color grading, adding motion graphics and visual elements,



and optimizing video formats for various digital platforms. The role also involves contributing creative ideas for video concepts, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring all content supports Kita’s focus on community, safety, and meaningful connections.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production to create high-quality, engaging content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and appealing aesthetics.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and on-screen information.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant video work.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
