Role Description The Video Editor role at Innoweedo is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Video

Editor will create, edit, and refine video content for training modules, marketing materials, and internal communications. Daily responsibilities include assembling raw footage, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, performing color correction, and incorporating motion graphics or visual assets as needed. The role involves collaborating with trainers and content creators to ensure videos clearly communicate technical concepts and align with the company’s learning objectives and brand guidelines.

Editor will also manage file organization, version control,



and basic asset archiving to maintain an efficient production workflow.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including assembling footage, trimming clips, and creating coherent narratives.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall look and feel of training and marketing videos.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to design and integrate titles, lower thirds, icons, and other visual elements.
- Familiarity with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Attention to detail, robust visual storytelling skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with trainers, subject matter experts, and other team members.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, design, or a related field is an advantage, as is prior experience in educational or training content.
