ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented Creative Designer to bring the ibaby brand to life visually — across social media, in-store displays, packaging inserts, digital ads, and our e-commerce website. You will work closely with the Content Head to produce design and video content that is warm, premium, and speaks directly to recent and expecting parents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and edit creative assets — static and video — for social media (Instagram, Facebook), digital ads, and email campaigns

- Create short-form video content such as Reels, Stories, and product/UGC edits, alongside static creatives, optimized for engagement

- Create in-store visuals including banners, standees, posters, seasonal displays, and screen content for our Gurgaon and Punjabi Bagh outlets

- Design and produce product imagery, layouts, and video content for the ibabyxpress.com website

- Develop packaging inserts, gift cards, and branded collateral

- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines ensuring visual and tonal consistency across all touchpoints

- Work closely with the Content Head to translate briefs into compelling visual and video communication





- Edit and retouch product photographs, and color grade/sound-design video footage, for digital and print use

- Manage multiple design and video briefs simultaneously and deliver on time

REQUIREMENTS

- 1–3 years of experience in design and video content creation, in a brand, agency, or retail setting

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects (basic motion graphics)

- Strong portfolio/reel demonstrating clean, professional design and engaging video edits across digital and print

- Good understanding of brand identity, visual communication, and storytelling principles

- Ability to work within brand guidelines and ensure consistency across formats

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience designing or editing for baby, parenting, or premium lifestyle brands

- Familiarity with Canva or CapCut for quick-turnaround social content

- Knowledge of Figma or similar UI/UX tools
