Role Overview

Denary Digital Media is a digital marketing and social media agency managing content and campaigns for clients across the medical, wellness, retail, physiotherapy, and architecture sectors. We're hiring a Video Editor to join our in-house creative team, producing reels, short-form videos, and social content across multiple client accounts.

- Employment type: Full time, in-house

- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (on-site)

- Reports to: Creative/Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Edit reels, short-form videos, and social content for multiple client accounts, matching each client's brand tone and voice

- Cut, trim, and assemble raw footage (client-shot, agency-shot, or stock) into polished, publish-ready videos

- Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, captions, and on-screen text that fit platform norms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook)

- Apply basic motion graphics, transitions, and text animations to boost engagement

- Maintain consistent visual identity across videos for each client while adapting to platform-specific formats and aspect ratios

- Coordinate with the content, design, and social media team to align videos with the monthly content calendar and posting schedule

- Manage multiple projects and turnaround deadlines simultaneously across different clients





- Stay current on trending audio, formats, and editing styles across Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

Requirements & Skills

- 1-3 years of experience editing video for social media, an agency, or a content team

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required); familiarity with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut is a plus

- Strong sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling for short-form, scroll-stopping content

- Working knowledge of color correction, audio syncing, and basic sound mixing

- Comfortable juggling multiple client briefs and deadlines without dropping quality

- Good communication skills to take feedback from the content and social team and revise quickly
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating past social media / short-form video edits

Preferred / Valuable to Have

- Experience editing for multiple brands or clients at once (agency background)

- Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects, Canva, or similar)

- Experience with on-location or studio shoots (framing, lighting basics) as a plus for occasional shoot support

- Familiarity with scheduling/posting tools such as Buffer or Sprout Social
- An eye for trending formats and platform algorithm shifts
