About the Role

We’re looking for a rapid, creative, and detail-oriented Video Editor Associate who thrives in a high-performance environment. If you can produce high-quality edits at speed and enjoy experimenting with content that drives engagement, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute high-volume ad video editing with speed and precision.
- Edit videos and create multiple content variations for performance marketing.
- Optimize videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads .
- Create strong hooks, storytelling, and compelling CTAs .
- Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining high-quality output.
- Continuously iterate and improve creatives based on performance data .
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and support production for both stills and videos .

What We’re Looking For




- 1–2 years of experience in video editing; freelance or agency experience is preferred.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator .
- Final Cut Pro experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong short-form storytelling skills , including cuts, transitions, pacing, sound design, and visual synchronization, tailored for social media.
- Ability to handle high output, fast turnaround times, and rapid iterations .
- Experience managing end-to-end video production workflows .
- Awareness of the latest content trends , including animation, AR/VR, and immersive formats.
