About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience in video editing and short-form content creation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, audio, captions, and visual quality, along with the ability to work with modern AI-powered video editing tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and platform-ready videos.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, effects, music, sound effects, and motion elements.
- Maintain consistent visual style, branding, and quality across videos.
- Understand the content/script and create edits that maintain viewer engagement.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.
- Work closely with the content, creative, and marketing teams.
- Handle multiple video projects while meeting deadlines.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final videos within timelines.
- Organize and maintain project files, assets, footage, and final exports.

Required Skills
- 1–1.5 years of hands-on video editing experience.
- Strong experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,Photoshop or similar.
- Good understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions, storytelling, and audio.
- Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.




- Ability to create clean and engaging captions/subtitles.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and visual effects.
- Good sense of trends, hooks, and social-media-friendly editing styles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

AI & Contemporary Video Tools
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered video editing and content creation tools is preferred.
- Comfortable using AI tools for tasks such as:
- Auto-captioning and subtitle generation
- Background/object removal
- Video enhancement
- AI voiceovers
- Text-to-video/image-to-video workflows
- Content repurposing
- Automated editing and video generation
- Should be willing to learn and experiment with the latest AI video tools to improve editing speed and quality.

Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics.
- Experience with AI video generation tools.
- Experience editing marketing, promotional, or educational content.
- Basic design knowledge.
- Understanding of social media trends and content formats.
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is hands-on, creative, fast, and comfortable with modern video editing workflows.

The candidate should be able to take raw footage or a script and independently turn it into an engaging, polished, and platform-ready video.

Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
