Role Description

This is a part-time Instructor role at Tutedude for an experienced video editor and creative professional. The instructor will build and teach a practical, industry-focused video editing curriculum covering editing, motion graphics, VFX, colour grading, audio, and AI-powered video workflows.

The role involves recording high-quality lessons, designing practical projects, mentoring learners, and reviewing their work. The instructor will work with the Academic and Content teams to ensure the course reflects current professional workflows and industry standards.

Qualifications

- 3–4+ years of professional experience in video editing, post-production,



or creative production.
- Exceptional creative taste with a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, sound, and visual design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid hands-on expertise across motion graphics, VFX, colour grading, audio, and post-production.
- Working knowledge of modern AI video creation workflows and tools.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating high-end professional work across formats such as YouTube, short-form content, advertising, branded content, or commercial production.
- Ability to teach professional workflows clearly and turn real-world expertise into practical, project-based learning.
- Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, training, or content creation is preferred.
- Strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
