About The Role

LNGVTY is looking for a hands-on Video Editing Intern who can turn raw footage and messy briefs into polished, engaging videos. You’ll create content for social media, ads, e-commerce and other creative projects for a growing beauty brand.

This is an in-house role for someone who enjoys experimenting, following trends and having fun with visual storytelling.

What you'll do

- Turn rough briefs and raw footage into engaging video content.
- Edit Reels, social ads, product videos, founder-led content and creator videos.
- Add music, text, subtitles, transitions, graphics and sound effects.
- Adapt videos for different social-media and e-commerce formats.
- Maintain consistent colours, typography and brand identity.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to support everyday workflows.
- Work closely with the founders and respond well to direct feedback.

What we’re looking for

- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of After Effects, CapCut and Canva.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and other industry-standard creative tools.
- Comfort using AI tools for video, audio, subtitles and workflow support.
- A genuine love for beauty, skincare and lifestyle brands.
- A good understanding of pacing, music, storytelling and social-media trends.




- Ability to work independently and manage quick turnarounds.
- A portfolio or showreel featuring relevant editing work.

Stipend : 15-30k per month Duration : 2-3 months

Location: WeWork Lightbridge Powai, Mumbai

Editing task Visit LNGVTY’s Instagram page and select any existing Reel or video featuring one of our products.

Create one original 20–30 second Instagram Reel using the publicly available footage. You may change the pacing, sequence, music, text, subtitles and transitions while keeping the video aligned with LNGVTY’s brand.

The edit must be created primarily using video-editing software. AI tools may be used for subtitles and workflow support.

Please submit the final Reel, editable project file and a link to the original LNGVTY post you used. We’re looking at your storytelling, pacing, visual judgement, attention to detail and ability to create something fresh from existing content.
