About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Vice Principal to work closely with the Principal and Management in ensuring the smooth academic, administrative, and overall functioning of the school.

The Vice Principal will provide strong leadership to teachers and coordinators, support and facilitate the continuous professional development (CPD) of teaching staff, support student development and discipline, maintain effective parent communication, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

- Oversee teaching, syllabus completion, assessments, and academic performance.
- Monitor classroom practices and support teachers in improving learning outcomes.

Teacher & Staff Management

- Plan and conduct staff training and professional development sessions.
- Lead and supervise teachers and academic coordinators.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and professional development.

Student Development & Discipline

- Maintain a safe, disciplined, and positive learning environment.
- Address student concerns and support their overall development.

Parent Communication

- Maintain effective communication and positive relationships with parents.
- Handle parent concerns and participate in PTMs and school meetings.

School Operations

- Support the Principal in the overall day-to-day functioning of the school.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments.
- Oversee examinations, events, activities, and school schedules.




- Handle operational issues and support school functioning in the Principal’s absence.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant discipline.
- Postgraduate degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Management, or a related field.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- Professional development certifications in Educational Leadership, School Administration, or Teacher Development will be an added advantage.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in teaching and academic administration, with relevant leadership experience.
- Previous experience as a Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, HOD, Senior Coordinator, or in a similar leadership role.
- Solid understanding of school academics, curriculum, assessments, and classroom practices.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage teachers, students, and parents.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in CBSE/ICSE/International schools will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month based on experience.
