About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can independently handle both video editing and graphic design requirements for social media and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to turn creative briefs into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and other digital content.
- Create engaging short-form videos with smooth cuts, transitions, text, music, effects, captions, and basic motion graphics.
- Design social media creatives, posts, stories, banners, promotional graphics, and other marketing materials.
- Create thumbnails, campaign creatives, and visual assets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Understand creative briefs and translate ideas into visually appealing videos and designs.
- Handle revisions and optimize content based on feedback.
- Stay updated with current social media, video editing, graphic design, and content trends.
- Manage multiple creative tasks and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Work independently in a Work From Home / Hybrid setup while coordinating with the team when required.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design using Canva,



Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions, visual storytelling, typography, layouts, and color usage.
- Ability to create engaging and trend-focused social media content.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of motion graphics, text animations, sound editing, and visual effects.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to understand briefs, take feedback, and work independently.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.
- Experience with AI-based creative/video tools.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, or other digital platforms.
- Previous freelance or professional experience in video editing and graphic design.

Eligibility

- Candidates with relevant experience, freelance experience, or a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable handling both video editing and graphic design responsibilities.
- Portfolio, sample edited videos, and graphic design samples are required.
