Responsibilities

- Conduct migration assessment and define migration strategy.

- Perform data mapping, cleansing, extraction, transformation, and loading.

- Configure and customize Veeva applications as required.

- Execute testing, validation, and reconciliation activities.

- Ensure compliance with Life Sciences and GxP requirements.

- Manage stakeholder communication and project governance.

- Deliver post-migration support and stabilization.

Mandatory Requirements

- Veeva-certified resources.

- Proven experience in Veeva Vault/CRM migration projects.

- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare domains.

- Robust knowledge of data migration methodologies and best practices.

- Ability to provide a complete project team rather than individual resources.

- Prior experience handling end-to-end migration engagements.

Preferred

- Experience with Veeva Vault Quality, RIM, Clinical, PromoMats, or CRM.

- Experience working in regulated environments.

- Availability to start immediately or within short notice.
