We're looking for UX Designers!

Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products and services.
- Conduct user research to identify customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Convert business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
- Facilitate design-thinking workshops and cross-functional ideation sessions.
- Validate solutions through usability testing and iterative feedback cycles.
- Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles.




- Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities that improve both user experience and business outcomes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Be a team player and work across teams.
