About The Role

Credes is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, paid opportunity where you'll work on meaningful client and in-house projects that directly impact user experience and product success. You will be responsible for designing digital products, crafting seamless user flows, building interactive prototypes, and contributing to a scalable design system. Your work will shape how users interact with our platforms and help define our visual identity. This position provides an excellent platform to develop your skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a tangible impact on the products we develop.

Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess strong expertise in UI/UX design, with a comprehensive understanding of user-centered design principles. Advanced proficiency in Figma is essential, including experience in designing, prototyping, and managing design systems. A background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred,



or equivalent hands-on experience demonstrating your capabilities.

Candidates should have at least 1+ years of experience working with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, showcasing their ability to create visually compelling designs. A solid grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy is crucial for delivering high-quality user interfaces. The ability to think through complete user journeys and solve complex UX challenges is highly valued.

Additionally, candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing their time effectively, and communicating clearly.

Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or basic front-end development is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

- Design clean, intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications that enhance user engagement and accessibility.
- Create detailed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to visualize design concepts effectively.
- Build interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly and facilitate usability testing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable design solutions that improve overall user experience.
- Contribute to and maintain the company's design system and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.




- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and evolving project requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality and innovation.
