Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented RPO Recruiters to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of recruitment experience who are eager to build a career in talent acquisition. You will work closely with our clients, supporting their hiring needs, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment under the RPO model.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and skills.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers.
- Support recruiters in offer management and onboarding.
- Build strong professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.




- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools/portals (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any stream (HR specialization preferred but not mandatory).
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in recruitment/RPO.
- Strong interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment Operations.
