US Pharma Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Pharma Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience in US Staffing & Recruitment, preferably within the Pharma, Biotech, Clinical, or Life Sciences industry.

The ideal candidate should understand US staffing practices, visa/work authorization, tax terms, Pharma/Biotech roles, and have strong candidate negotiation, sourcing, and recruitment strategy skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit candidates for US Pharma, Biotech, Clinical, and Life Sciences positions.
- Understand Pharma/Biotech job descriptions, technical requirements, and candidate responsibilities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other approved channels.
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, location, work authorization, availability, and compensation.
- Solid understanding of US visa types and work authorization such as H-1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and US Citizen.
- Understand common US staffing tax terms and employment classifications, including W2, C2C, 1099, and tax-related requirements.
- Negotiate pay rates, candidate expectations, and offer terms effectively.




- Develop sourcing strategies for difficult and specialized Pharma/Biotech requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and follow recruitment processes and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers and hiring teams to meet hiring targets and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in US Staffing & Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for Pharma, Biotech, Clinical Research, Healthcare, or Life Sciences roles.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing, visa, work authorization, and tax/employment terms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and recruitment strategy skills.
- Ability to understand technical Pharma/Biotech roles and responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CEIPAL/VMS/MSP environments is a plus.

Preferred Candidate A recruiter who can independently handle US Pharma requirements from sourcing → screening → negotiation → submission → follow-up, while maintaining high candidate quality and turnaround time.
