Position: US IT Recruiter

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad | Work From Office

Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Company: Strategic Resources International Inc. (SRI)

Key Responsibilities

Analyze client requirements and identify suitable candidates

Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job portals & social media

Conduct initial phone screenings and assess technical skills

Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle

Drive closures within defined TATs

Create effective Boolean search strings and apply advanced sourcing techniques

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099 employment types

Good understanding of US visa classifications

Hands-on experience with W2 requirements

Strong full-cycle US IT recruitment experience

Ability to manage multiple requirements in a quick-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
