Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in US staffing and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling multiple requirements, sourcing quality candidates and driving positions to closure within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other channels.

- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.

- Screen candidates through effective technical and behavioral evaluation.

- Work on various US IT contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions.

- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, negotiations and offer closures.

- Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.

- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against assigned requirements.





- Work closely with Account Managers / Delivery teams to understand priorities and hiring needs.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, pipeline status and daily/weekly hiring reports.

- Consistently achieve recruitment targets and turnaround timelines.

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.

- Solid knowledge of the US IT recruitment lifecycle and hiring practices.

- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, DevOps, Data, QA, SAP, etc.

- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation and candidate management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Target-oriented with strong focus on closures.

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
