US IT Recruiter | 3 -7 Years

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 3 -7 years of experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruiting IT professionals.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in headhunting, Boolean search, job portals, candidate screening, job posting, follow-ups, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing through candidate joining.
- Source and headhunt IT professionals through LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and job applications based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Act as a single point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Post job openings on relevant job portals and sourcing platforms.
- Use advanced Boolean search techniques and Internet research to identify qualified candidates.
- Source, screen, recruit, and recommend strong talent for open requirements.
- Work effectively in a high-paced and changing recruitment environment.

Required Skills





- 3 - 7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Strong experience in recruitment, resume sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, job posting, and candidate follow-ups.
- Solid knowledge of job portals and online sourcing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Google, and other job sites.
- Advanced knowledge of Boolean Search techniques and Internet research.
- Good understanding of US employment concepts, including Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Permanent, W2, and 1099.
- Understanding of employment and residency status.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-paced and changing work workplace.

Compensation 35,000 55,000 per month, depending on experience + attractive commissions on each requirement.
