About the Role

BrezQ is hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience in US Staffing and W2 Technical Recruiting .

This is strictly a Technical Recruiting role and not a Bench Sales position.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for active W2 technical requirements .
- Recruit across technologies such as Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Salesforce, and Infrastructure .
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding .
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Naukri, job boards, databases, and referrals for candidate sourcing.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and candidates throughout the interview process.




- Negotiate compensation and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment/placement targets.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of US IT Recruiting experience .
- Hands-on experience with W2 requirements .
- Strong understanding of US IT staffing and technical skill sets.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
