About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team and support hiring for a leading semiconductor client Micron. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate sourcing, and managing requirements independently from initiation through closure.

This role requires someone who can operate as a requirement owner, build strong relationships with hiring stakeholders, understand technical requirements, and consistently deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Remote (4 Days WFO in a month)

Shift: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned US IT requirements, from requirement intake to offer closure.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, priorities, skill sets, and hiring timelines.
- Develop and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Source, screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements.
- Manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously while ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate candidates against job specifications.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, negotiations, and offer closure.




- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and provide updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market availability.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and act as a trusted recruitment partner to the business.
- Understand and effectively recruit for IT/technical roles within the semiconductor industry.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and reports as required.
- Work effectively in a US shift setting and collaborate with US-based stakeholders and teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- 11–18 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and requirement ownership.
- Proven experience recruiting for IT/technical roles.
- Strong sourcing capabilities with hands-on experience using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels.
- Excellent stakeholder and hiring manager management skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Experience managing multiple requirements and delivering against recruitment targets.
- Strong candidate assessment, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience working with US-based clients/stakeholders.
- Prior experience supporting semiconductor/engineering technology clients will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to work in the 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST shift.
