Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment for US staffing requirements
- Work on MSP & VMS programs and manage job requisitions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Candidate screening and submission through VMS
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding
- Maintain strong candidate and client relationships

Requirements

Experience in US Staffing Recruitment





Hands-on experience with MSP/VMS

Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

IT and/or Non-IT recruitment experience

Ability to work in a quick-paced US shift environment
