Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced US IT/Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The candidate should have solid sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across US time zones.

Role:

- Handle end-to-end US IT & Non-IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
- Screen candidates and assess skills, communication, and work authorization.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage closures.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/CRM.
- Work with clients/account managers across US time zones.
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of US IT/Non-IT recruitment experience.
- MBA mandatory.
- SaaS/B2B recruitment experience required.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 and US visa types.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and US job portals.
