Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹75,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About the Role:

Amoha Recruitment Services LLC is looking for US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Ahmedabad and Gurgaon.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and an interest in US IT Recruitment . Both freshers and experienced candidates with relevant recruitment experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for various US IT positions.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Conduct candidate outreach through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in internal systems.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.

Requirements:





- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shift .
- Comfortable working 5 days a week .
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong learning ability and a target-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of computers, MS Office, and LinkedIn.
- US IT Recruitment / US Staffing experience is preferred , but freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
