Role & responsibilities
- Minimum 3-4 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience within Mining, Resources, Engineering, Energy, Industrial, or related sectors.
- Good knowledge of mining operations, industry terminology, and workforce structures.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, SEEK, Mining-specific job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to create and utilize advanced search strings including Boolean and X-Ray searches.
- Understanding of workforce compliance requirements, certifications, licenses, safety training, and trade qualifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and industry professionals.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
