US Collection Executive

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 Gross per Month

Shift: Fixed Night Shift – 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Job Brief

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented US Collection Executive to manage rent collections and follow up on overdue payments from tenants in the United States. The role involves making collection calls, drafting formal notices, maintaining collection data, and ensuring timely reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience with US billing practices, customer payment processing, and collection activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make collection calls to US tenants/customers regarding outstanding rent payments.
- Follow up with clients to understand and resolve overdue payment issues.
- Draft and send formal collection letters/notices to tenants via email.
- Monitor accounts and identify outstanding debts or overdue payments.
- Investigate historical data related to debts, bills, and payment records.
- Maintain accurate collection-related documents, records, and data.




- Take appropriate actions to encourage timely payment of outstanding dues.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and provide timely reports to management.
- Ensure accurate handling of customer payment and billing information.
- Follow company procedures and guidelines for US collection activities.

Skills & Requirements

- Fluent English communication skills – written and verbal.
- Good email drafting and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Good attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
- Knowledge of US billing and customer payment processing.
- Prior experience in US collections is mandatory.
