Shift: US Eastern Time / Evening-Night Shift

Preferred Candidate Profile

CA / CA Finalist / CA Inter candidates

Candidates pursuing Chartered Accountancy

Commerce graduates/postgraduates with accounting experience

Good knowledge of accounting and financial statements

US Accounting / US Taxation / Bookkeeping experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping and maintenance of accounts for US clients

Recording and reviewing accounting transactions

Bank & credit card reconciliations

Accounts Payable & Receivable

General Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation

Trial Balance and financial statement preparation

Month-end and year-end closing activities

Maintaining accounting schedules and supporting documents

Supporting US CPA accounting and taxation assignments





Coordinating with US teams for information and documentation

Required Skills

Strong accounting fundamentals

Good analytical and reconciliation skills

Microsoft Excel

Understanding of financial statements and accounting ledgers

Good English communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Willingness to learn US GAAP, US Taxation & US Accounting practices

Knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero or similar software is an advantage

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM US Eastern Time

Approximately 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST during US Daylight Saving Time and 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM IST during Standard Time.
