Role & responsibilities

- Develop and grow the HoReCa channel across the complete Melamine & Porcelain product range.

- Generate business from Hotels, Restaurants, Caf Chains, Caterers, Hospitals and Consultants.

- Identify and develop new Pan-India sales opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chefs, F&B; Managers, Caf Operations and procurement stakeholders.

- Manage existing accounts and drive repeat business and sales growth.

- Handle customer enquiries, business development discussions and commercial follow-ups.

- Present product samples and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.

- Forecast product requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability.

- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and recent business opportunities.

- Identify opportunities for new product development (NPD) based on market requirements.

- Prepare sales reports, customer databases, account information and other required MIS.

- Handle email communication and customer queries related to new business.





- Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of customer requirements.

- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate with 57 years of relevant HoReCa Sales experience.

- Mandatory experience in HoReCa Sales.

- Experience selling Dinnerware, Glassware, Flatware or Holloware will be preferred.

- Experience in Dinnerware Sales to Hotels/Restaurants/Cafs/Caterers will be an added advantage.

- Should have an established network with Hotel Executive Chefs, F&B; Managers, Caf Chain Operations, Caterers and other HoReCa decision-makers.

- Strong Pan-India business development and relationship-management capability.

- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English & Hindi.

- Strong analytical ability to identify market opportunities and competitor activity.

- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.

- Willingness to undertake extensive travel across India.
