Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students, parents, and educational institutions to promote our education counseling services.

- Identify potential clients' needs and provide solutions through effective communication.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to improve calling strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in telemarketing or outbound sales (preferably in the education sector).

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech in Computers).

- Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to handle objections effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for data entry purposes.
