As part of our expansion in Karnataka, we are strengthening our Bengaluru operations and are looking for experienced professionals across Sales, Operations, Field Execution, and Support functions to drive our Outdoor Advertising business.

POSITION SUMMARY

Lead media planning strategy for outdoor advertising campaigns, optimize inventory selection, and support Sales with data-backed proposals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop optimal media plans (site selection, format mix, budget allocation) for client campaigns
- Analyze footfall, visibility and market data to recommend high-impact sites
- Prepare media plans, impact assessments and presentations for clients and agencies




- Guide and review the work of Media Planners
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Media Acquisition teams on inventory availability
- Track industry trends, competitor mapping and site benchmarking

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- 5-8 years of experience in media planning, preferably in OOH/outdoor advertising
- Strong analytical, MS Excel/PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Good understanding of outdoor media metrics (visibility, traffic, reach)
