Role: Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for Vanilla as well as Niche IT requirements, including Permanent and C2H positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/Technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Work on both Permanent and C2H requirements.
- Handle Vanilla and Niche technical requirements across various technologies.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job fit.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical/client interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.




- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against assigned requirements.
- Negotiate offers and assist candidates through the joining process.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Meet individual and team-wise submission, interview, and joining targets.

Skills Required
- Good understanding of IT/Technical recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Knowledge of Boolean search and candidate screening.
- Basic understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Testing, AI , Gen AI, SFDC , Architect Positions etc
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment setting.
- Good coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also be considered.
- Candidates with experience in Permanent, C2H, or niche IT hiring will have an advantage.
