About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash (O2C) Executive to manage customer billing, customer onboarding, receivables, and account reconciliation activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and maintaining smooth customer account operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Manage customer billing and invoicing accurately and within timelines.

- Prepare and process client/customer invoices as per agreed terms and requirements.

- Handle the customer onboarding process, including documentation and master data coordination.

- Perform customer account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on pending payments.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment-related issues.

- Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, reconciliations, and customer accounts.

- Ensure proper accounting and documentation of customer transactions.

- Assist in month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.

- Prepare AR reports,



ageing reports, and other MIS reports as required.

- Ensure compliance with internal finance processes and controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Client Billing.

- Strong understanding of customer billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and receivables.

- Experience in handling client billing and customer accounts.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet billing deadlines.

- ERP/accounting software experience will be an added advantage.

- Immediate joiner / candidates with short notice period preferred.

- Candidates with experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable, Customer Billing, and Reconciliation.
