Job Title: UPVC Sales Executive – Field Sales (Building Materials)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Field Sales / Travel Required)

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month + Performance Incentives

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven UPVC Sales Executive with a solid background in the building materials industry to join our expanding team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for field sales, lead generation, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate potential sales leads and convert them into successful projects.
- Connect, build, and maintain working relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, and Dealers across Chennai.
- Promote, demonstrate, and pitch UPVC doors and window solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits, measurements, and technical consultations.
- Manage customer inquiries, negotiate pricing, and complete sales follow-ups.




- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Building Materials sales (Mandatory).
- Industry Focus: Prior experience in UPVC, Doors & Windows, Glass, or general Construction Materials preferred.
- Travel: Must possess a valid driver’s license and two-wheeler for field travel across Chennai (Mandatory).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a strong target-oriented mindset.
