Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute process development strategies for monoclonal antibody production, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and scale up processes from research to commercialization.
- Conduct process optimization studies to improve productivity, yield, and quality of monoclonal antibodies.
- Troubleshoot issues related to upstream processing operations and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in biotechnology industry with expertise in monoclonal antibodies.
- Robust understanding of upstream processing techniques including filtration, chromatography, etc.
- Experience with process development methodologies such as PAT (Process Analytical Technology) or FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis).
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology or related field.
