Role Description The Upwork Bidder at INTIMAX WELLNESS is a full-time remote role focused on identifying, qualifying, and securing relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and filtering suitable job postings, crafting personalized proposals aligned with the company’s services, and maintaining an organized bid pipeline.

The role involves close collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to refine service offerings, pricing, and positioning, while tracking win rates and improving proposal strategies over time.

Bidder will communicate with potential clients, clarify project requirements, schedule discovery calls,



and provide accurate handovers to delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Qualifications

- Strong proposal writing and professional communication skills, including the ability to craft transparent, persuasive, and tailored bids for service-based projects.
- Experience with Upwork or similar freelance platforms, including profile optimization, job search, bid management, and client communication workflows.
- Sales and marketing capabilities, such as lead generation, basic negotiation, understanding of positioning, and familiarity with online service selling.
