We are hiring one person to run our Upwork pipeline end to end.

This is not a volume bidding role. We cap proposals a day across the whole team. If you have been measured on proposals sent per day, this will feel strange.Our lanes. Google Apps Script and Workspace add-ons, Chrome extensions, workflow automation and n8n, AI agents, Python/FastAPI, Next.js/Node.js, Laravel and Symfony takeovers, legacy PHP modernisation, DevOps. We do not bid on design, UI/UX, WordPress, Shopify, CRO or media buying.

What we need

Two years or more personally sending Upwork proposals, with contracts you can point to. You can explain why you skipped a job, not only why you bid. You understand Connects as a budget, how Job Success Score behaves, and what Top Rated actually requires. Explicit written English. You will work as a Business Manager on our agency profile.
